Designed by FFIT members and developed under a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract, Project Enigma is a communication workshop that teaches effective communication skills.
Interviews of 1,000 Airmen and Guardians revealed that they often feel disconnected from their subordinates, peers, and supervisors due to a lack of communication skills and trust, and current Professional Military Education isn’t sufficient to build these critical skills. The result was the development of a 40-hour workshop, Project Enigma, which teaches the following:
