The Air Force is experiencing a crisis of retention stemming from overwork, cultural rigidity, and low morale. Across the service, first-term enlisted Airmen are among the most susceptible to this trend of voluntary termination While there are

many ways to tackle this issue, the single most influential solution is to build stronger relationships between Airmen and direct supervisors.

With a focus on experiential learning, Project Enigma, a 40-hour workshop, offers leaders compelling insight into the importance of communicating with emotional agility to build healthy, productive relationships Learners will engage in discussions, activities, and gamified immersion to build confidence in their ability to communicate with the next generation of leaders.
