Established in 2021, the FFIT is an inclusive community of Airmen, Guardians, and families who are passionate about improving mental health and resiliency issues in DAF.
"I am committed to implementing change, and committed to you, your family, and the defense of our great Nation".
The FFIT is committed to advancing DAF initiatives and identifying resources to solve mental health and resiliency issues.
"To accelerate the assessment of over 300 submissions from the force, I asked FFIT to lead a cross-functional team (CFT) with approximately 50 core members focused on barriers to mental health, wellness, and resiliency. My challenge to the team is to overcome bureaucracy, connect stakeholders and perspectives to develop informed decisions, and to accelerate change in ways that are meaningful to our force."
- General Charles Q. Brown Jr, Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force
